Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your Salty Dog Boutique purchase, simply return the goods to us in the original condition.

Returns must be made within 14 days. You must notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel via email to: hello@thesaltydogboutique.com 

We will get back to you within 3 working days to confirm your return and send you the relevant information to make your return. 

Please ensure your return includes your:
- Order Name
- Order Number 
- Email address used to place your order, and if different, the email you contacted us on to request your return.

Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition so we recommend a careful indoor try on (clean pups only please!) if you need to try on an item. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.

The purchases of sale goods are final as they may include seconds, ex-display items and items which are being discontinued and therefore may have imperfections and so are heavily discounted.

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us by registered post or special delivery. When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. Proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered.

Please note that refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.

The Salty Dog Boutique custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty on our part, and we must be notified within 14 days of you receiving your bespoke item.  Orders will be made to the sizes provided when ordered. Any mistakes when measuring is not the responsibility or liability of The Salty Dog Boutique Ltd. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that were measured wrongly by the purchaser at the time of the commission.  We cannot accept returns on bespoke items unless there is a fault with the product.

Exchange

Please ensure to double, and triple check your sizing before placing an order, you can always contact us if you require any help with sizing prior to ordering if you are unsure.

Please note you will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping cost for an exchange and we cannot guarantee we will have the size required for the exchange at that time, so please ensure to purchase the correct size to avoid any disappointment.
